BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp is an 8-week, large group training (approximately 10-14 people) who all have the same relative goals. The programs are not individualized, but consist of intense, challenging, yet fun cardiovascular, strength, power, and mobility/flexibility training to help improve overall health and performance in daily life.  Bootcamp meets Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6 pm or Tuesday/Thursday at 6am.  Members can choose to attend 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week with the option to pick which days to attend each week (missed sessions can only be made up during the same week).   

**Bootcamp Sessions Will not be held on July 4th, Thanksgiving or the Day After, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Years Day**

10 punches must be used in two months. New Members must complete 6 one-to-one training sessions prior to using a punch card. Punch cards only available for use in summer months, June, July & August

Unless a client is injured while participating in an XIP Training Systems Program the client will be held to the full term of their commitment (1 month Saturdays, 2 months or 6 months).
