Buddy training is personal training for two individuals splitting the cost that prefer a tailored approach while also working with a friend who is sharing the same timeslot. The trainer discusses with both individuals their goals and then designs a custom program to help reach and surpass them. Training times are at the individual and trainer’s discretion.
