A senior at Northern Vermont University Lyndon studying Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning, Courtney started working at XIP for her internship and has proven to be a great asset to our team!
Despite Courtney’s sweet and bubbly demeanor, she will undoubtedly push you to your limits! Always on the go, you can find Courtney exploring the many outdoor adventures that Vermont has to offer such as canoeing, rock climbing, and hiking. Courtney will not only push you in the gym but will encourage fitness related personal growth outside the barbells of the fitness facility.
Courtney’s passion for health and fitness came from her years as a multi-sport athlete throughout her childhood and adolescent years. In her college years, Courtney stopped all sports to focus on school and climbed the scale from 140 lbs to 200 lbs. Thanks to XIP she was able to realize her potential and sprang into action to practice what she preached. Working hard day in and day out, Courtney understands that fitness goals will not happen overnight. It takes time as well as physical and mental strength.
