Kaytlin Riendeau
NSCA CPT, CSCS

Kaytlin has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Lyndon State College, and a concentration in Strength and Conditioning and Pre-Physical Therapy. After staying home with her two children in their critical early years, she is excited to continue her career. Kaytlin has maintained her credentials as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
Her early love for fitness and curiosity in education began from injuries in high school. She played four years of soccer, basketball, and softball. She had multiple knee surgeries and a compartment syndrome release in both legs. Her senior year of high school and freshman year of college were a struggle because of this. With the athletic trainer she spent all her spare in rehabilitation and gained confidence and strength back in her body. This lit a fire in Kaytlin and she switched from a nursing degree to the exercise science department after her first semester. She went on to play four years of college soccer without any major injuries.
Kaytlin completed her internship with XIP and transitioned to employment. She has worked with clients in all age groups from young preschool age to older adults; including strength training, training for sport, post physical therapy transitions and more. Now as a mom of two little ones, she has more empathy to understand and connect with clients. As a trainer she gets so excited about the science part, but as a person her love of this job comes from the connection with people!
