PERFORMANCE BOOTCAMP

Bootcamps are groups of up to 14 individuals. Our programs will help you improve your strength, power, endurance, mobility and flexibility as we work to create more durable athletes for the sport of life! 

Bootcamps run T/TH 6-7am , M/W 12-12:30, Mon/Wed 5:30 - 6:30pm.

Our Saturday morning hybrid online bootcamp starts at 7:00am. 

Choose the best days and times for your schedule!

 

We require a 4 week minimum for all training packages.  Email info.xiptraining@gmail.com for package options.

Punch CardS

10 Punch for $200 - This is for evening and morning 1hr bootcamp classes.
10 Punch for $140 - This is for Lunch break bootcamp which is 30 min. long. 


New Members will need to complete a movement screen prior to their first bootcamp training session

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training is a group of 3 to 9 individuals. The programs consist of two training days/week of strength & power, endurance, work capacity training and HIIT, mobility and flexibility.

Groups of 3-4 - $216/4 weeks

Groups of 5-9 - $152/4 weeks

SEMI-PRIVATE

Semi-private training provides clients and athletes with an individualized program in a group setting.  Coaches create an individualized training program for each individual that is tailored to your needs.  Athletes train at the same time as other individuals while our coaches float and help you manage your program, motivate and encourage you, correct technique and talk training.  Current training days and times set at Tuesday & Thursday 7-9am.

2 training days/week - $300/4weeks

ONE-ON-ONE

One-on-One training provides you with an individualized program and a one on one session with your trainer.  Your trainer will assess your goals for training, training age/experience, and your current overall health and fitness before creating an individualized program to help you reach your goals. These goals could be altering body composition and losing weight, increasing strength, improving performance, training for an event, post injury reconditioning, etc. Training times are at the client and trainer’s discretion.

BUDDY TRAINING

Buddy training is personal training for two individuals splitting the cost that prefer a tailored approach while also working with a friend who is sharing the same timeslot. The trainer discusses with both individuals their goals and then designs a custom program to help reach and surpass them. Training times are based on the trainer’s availability.

WORKERS COMP

Injury reconditioning for work-related injuries.  Please contact us for pricing and time availability.
