INJURY

Unless a client is injured while participating in an XIP Program, there are no refunds and client will be held to the full terms of their commitment.  In the case that the client or athlete is injured while training at XIP there will be no charge for that session. The remaining sessions will then serve as a credit towards future training for this individual.  Remember all physical activity is "dangerous."  

ABSENCE

If you are enrolled in One-on-One Training, Semi-Private Training, or Buddy Training, and you are
unable to attend a session, upon request your trainer will email a workout to you. You must submit that request in writing (text or email) at least 48 hours before the missed session. For all bootcamp and group training clients, your missed sessions may be “made up” by attending an evening bootcamp class during the same week of your initial absence (upon approval of the trainer and space in the camp).

Training fees are based on enrollment (a reserved space), not on attendance. To maintain a reserved space, fees must be paid during the absence of a client due to illness, vacation, or for any other reason.  If a trainer is absent there is no charge for that session, session counts and payment dates will be adjusted in this situation.


NOTE: If for any reason you are discontinuing your training program please notify your trainer at least 7 days prior to the end date of your training package.

ATTENDANCE

Training times will be determined in advance by the trainer’s schedule and availability. Training sessions are scheduled to start within 15 minutes of scheduled session time. If you do not arrive within the first 15 minutes XIP Training Systems, LLC may consider the session a no-show and you will be charged for the session.

You may not begin any training program at XIP Training Systems until all documentation, medical history, assumption of risk and Par-Q are signed, dated and returned to XIP.

LATE PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the first day of training (or at the start of a new package).  

BOOTCAMP PUNCHCARD POLICIES

New members must complete 6 one-on-one sessions with a coach OR complete one 4 week round of Bootcamp prior to being able to purchase a punch card - 10 punches must be used in three months. Please contact us with any questions!

XIP will be CLOSED on the following holidays:

New Year’s Day

Independence Day (July 4th)
Thanksgiving Day

The day after Thanksgiving

Christmas Day
