PERFORMANCE BOOTCAMP

Our performance bootcamps will provide the adult athlete with an opportunity to unleash their athleticism and improve their health, fitness and quality of life. Typical group size is 8-12 individuals with a max of 14. Our program places an emphasis on a range of performance variables such as endurance and cardiovascular health, work capacity training, strength & power, agility, mobility/flexibility and coordination. We want our bootcampers to feel confident & durable enough to tackle any adventure or physical activity they may encounter in life.
Bootcamps run Tues & Thurs at 6-7am, Mon & Weds 5:30-6:30pm, Mon & Wed 12-12:30pm, Fridays 5:15-6:15pm and Sat 7-8am. Choose the days and times that work best for your schedule!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training provides a group training environment up to 8. A training program is built based on the group’s goals and training intent with the option for body composition and performance testing to help athlete's stay accountable to their goals.

SEMI-PRIVATE

Semi-private training provides clients and athletes with an individualized program while training in a group setting. You will meet with the trainer/coach on day one and discuss goals and objectives for your trianing program. Your coach then creates an individualized training program for you that you will use for training each day. A training block is an hour long and managed by the client, while coaches float from client to client correcting technique and helping you navigate your program and each movement. The semi private model provides an individualized program with a community of like minded individuals chasing greatness with you! We have training blocks at 7am and 8am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

ONE-ON-ONE

One-on-One training provides clients/athletes with a personalized training environment and training program. A trainer will assess your goals, training age/experience, current levels of performance and health and use this to create an individualized training program. These goals could be altering body composition, increasing strength, improving athletic performance, training for an event, post injury reconditioning, and much more. Training times are based on client needs and trainer schedule availability.

BUDDY TRAINING

Buddy training is personal training for two individuals who share a training program and split the cost. The trainer will meet with both individuals to discuss goals and training objectives, complete movement testing and evaluation and then design a custom program to help both individuals reach those goals together. Training times are based on the clients needs and trainer’s availability.
