Athlete At Home High Performance Program 


4 Week Program – Option of 5 days/week


Training Variables – Strength, Power, Lactate Threshold/Anaerobic Capacity, Speed, Change of Direction, Joint Health, Mobility & Stability

Equipment Needs: BW, Bands and DBs are helpful but not required. 


This program provides a comprehensive at home training program for the High School and College athlete.  The program provides a minimalist approach to the strength days with very little equipment needed to complete the workouts.  There are also 2 days each week of on field speed work, change of direction drills and intervals aimed to help improve their energy system performance.  There is a 5th and final day of yoga geared towards the athlete's body to help them recover and maintain healthy movement capacity.
