Baseball/Softball Elite Program


4 Week Program - Safe and effective in-season and off season training program.


This program was developed for young athletes to be implemented leading up to and during their competitive seasons.  We incorporate body weight strength, power and quickness that will transfer effectively to the OH throwing/rotational athlete while also putting emphasis on developing more durable arms.  The program also incorporates foundational movement patterns that will help young athletes in their long term athletic development (LTAD), in any sport or physical activity they participate in.  


Training Variables: Strength (BW), power, speed and quickness.

Includes pre and post practice/game recovery modules, arm care & mobility/flexibility.


Equipment needs:

 Continuous loop bands (¼”,½”, ¾”) & Crossover Bands (orange, green, red)
