This program is perfect for individuals who have experienced back pain in the past or are currently, which we know is all too common in this day and age. It also serves as an awesome training tool for developing durability and increased performance for the back and trunk, your body's center.  There are many possible contributing factors to back pain or weakness, and it can be difficult to pinpoint one particular cause as there may be multiple.  Both chronic and acute back pain can be eliminated by aligning our anatomical structures and creating a healthy and efficient kinetic linkage.  This four-part series will take you through the steps to get rid of your back pain FOR GOOD!  Get back to the things you enjoy doing without persistent and nagging pain.  Get back to waking up feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day.  Get back to a better you!
