Owner and founder Adrian Guyer's extensive athletic background coupled with over a decade of training experience make him an invaluable asset to those looking to become healthier, more fit, better performing individuals.

Evan is a graduate of Northern Vermont University (Formerly Lyndon State College) with a B.S. in Exercise Science with a focus in Strength and Conditioning. Evan was a 2-sport athlete in high school and played soccer and lacrosse. Following graduation, he decided to enlist in the United States Marine Corps in 2008.
Kaytlin has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Lyndon State College, and a concentration in Strength and Conditioning and Pre-Physical Therapy. After staying home with her two children in their critical early years, she is excited to continue her career. Kaytlin has maintained her credentials as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
A senior at Northern Vermont University Lyndon studying Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning, Courtney started working at XIP for her internship and has proven to be a great asset to our team!
Jackie views each one of her clients as an athlete and makes it her goal to help them perform their favorite activities at the highest level possible. She believes that each person has a unique story behind why they currently exercise or why they are choosing to start.
